About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to customers in a UPS Store. The role involves helping customers choose shipping options, providing document services, packing and shipping merchandise, and completing sales transactions using a computerized register. Associates help maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and carry out other assigned tasks. Success requires a helpful, friendly attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer and math knowledge, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a performance-driven team. The schedule must be flexible enough to accommodate weekends and holidays if needed. The position requires standing, bending, and reaching, as well as frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of at least 75 pounds.

Requirements
