About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an upbeat, optimistic approach. The role contributes to a memorable customer experience, supports sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and helps maintain store operations and visual presentation. This is a regular position at Seattle Premium Outlets, with an hourly range of $19–$22 plus team-pooled commission.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best service possible.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion and activewear landscape, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
