About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The position is located at Seattle Premium Outlets.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to each customer.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to assist customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
