About The Position

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Stock the sales floor every evening and keep the store clean, neat, organized, and visually aligned with directives.
Execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Identify and promptly communicate product concerns.
