About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori connects with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role combines customer service and sales with store operations, inventory support, and visual merchandising. Associates work with the sales team to provide excellent service, achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and help maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
