About The Position

Squishable is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand at the Mall of America during the holiday season. Associates learn Squishable products and use that knowledge to provide high-quality customer service, create memorable shopping experiences, and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
