About The Position
As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and best sellers, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they provide a warm welcome and foster personal conversations. They maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
