About The Position

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates (MAs) for its retail team. MAs represent the brand, create energy around products and services, and focus on customers in a fast-paced retail environment. They complete training on the in-store experience, skills, processes, systems, and reference resources, and partner with colleagues across business and customer service channels to resolve issues and support a seamless customer experience. The listed pay range is $16.94–$30.00 per hour.
