About The Position

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates for its retail team. They build new customer relationships and deepen existing ones, learn to identify customer needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This is a learning role intended to prepare associates for promotion to Mobile Expert upon completion of training. The role includes helping customers continue their shopping journey in-store, providing hands-on demonstrations of technology, and recommending personalized device, service, and accessory solutions. Associates use digital tools to explain coverage and plans and to inspect, review, and troubleshoot devices and accounts. They complete training on the in-store experience, skills, processes, systems, and reference resources, and collaborate with colleagues across business and customer service channels to resolve issues and identify small-business leads. Arch Telecom is a national wireless preferred retailer with more than 200 stores across the United States.
