About The Position

The role focuses on customer engagement, product education, and sales of Brightspeed high-speed fiber internet and DirecTV services. The associate will provide personalized service, build customer relationships, and work toward performance goals. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency, including POS systems, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location.
