About The Position

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates (MAs) to join a retail team and represent the brand. MAs create energy and excitement around wireless products and services, prioritize customer needs, and build meaningful connections with customers. This is a learning role: associates work with their team to develop the skills and expertise needed to prepare for promotion to Mobile Expert after completing training. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, helping customers continue their shopping journey, exploring their needs, demonstrating technology, and recommending personalized device and service solutions. Associates use digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and services, and to inspect, review, and troubleshoot devices and accounts. They complete training on the in-store experience, skills and processes, systems, and reference resources, and collaborate with colleagues across business and customer service channels to resolve issues and identify small-business leads. Arch Telecom is a national wireless preferred retailer with more than 200 retail stores across the United States. The company says it has provided wireless products and service since 1993. A virtual hiring event is advertised for October 21, 2026; the posting also lists an in-person event location at 1500 S Willow St, Space 207, Manchester, NH.
