About The Position
Clarks is hiring part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and maintaining a visually compelling store environment. Associates represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of products.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
