About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

The position involves welcoming and engaging customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier duties, keeping product knowledge current, maintaining the sales floor, and helping with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The role requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as schedule flexibility that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
