About The Position

A part-time Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The role focuses on providing a great customer experience, completing sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The anticipated rate is $16.75 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Work is scheduled respectfully within operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
