About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Oakley, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. You will serve as an ambassador for the brand and help customers stay informed about Oakley’s products while supporting store operations and maintaining company standards. This is a seasonal/temporary position at the Mall Of University Town Center store. The role is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global eyewear and eyecare company. Pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements; a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivation and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers.
• Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management for assistance when needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele and support their retention.
• Stay up to date and educated on the current product assortment to serve as an informed brand ambassador.
• Listen to and act on instructions from management or a superior.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s and management’s code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal sensibility, style, and connection to the local and broader communities.
