Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
• Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Stock the sales floor every evening and keep the store clean, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
