About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit the stores. Best Buy provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed to confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
