About The Position

Vuori is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate for its Rice Village store. The associate builds customer connections and communicates Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role combines customer service and sales with store operations, including inventory, merchandising, cash-control procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The position is in a fast-paced retail environment and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service; greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve as a customer resource.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience, and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and carry out cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
