About The Position
Vuori is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on creating a memorable customer experience, building relationships, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and helping maintain store operations and visual standards. The position is based at Montgomery Village.

Responsibilities
- Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting relationships with customers.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with the best possible service.
- Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Build product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
- Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
- Collaborate with management on inventory management.
- Clean the store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
- Follow cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
- Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
