About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging outlook. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, supporting store operations and inventory, and maintaining the store’s merchandising and visual standards. This is a seasonal position at the Rice Village location.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
