About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role involves more than cashiering: you help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting, and support customers throughout their visit. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and making sure the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal relationships, maintain a shoppable space, merchandise new receipts, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
