About The Position

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Branch Vice President for its Rice Village location. The role oversees daily branch operations and guides the branch team toward established individual and team goals. The branch uses Integrated Teller Machines (ITMs) in the lobby to enhance member service through technology, allowing staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships. Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience, or related experience.
• An associate’s degree, completion of a specialized course of study, or equivalent work experience.
• Saturday availability.
