About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for property maintenance and resident service at the Village at Rice Hope. The role includes completing resident and property service requests, participating in preventative maintenance, and maintaining the property’s tools, equipment, and supplies. The supervisor is expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Experience in or desire to work in a supervisory role.
• Skills or experience in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• EPA or CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests and respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
