About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor at the Village at Rice Hope serves residents with great customer service and handles resident and property service requests. The role includes responding promptly to service requests, participating in preventative maintenance, and maintaining property supplies, equipment, tools, and work areas. Candidates should have experience with, or an interest in, a supervisory role and skills across areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.

Requirements

• Experience with or desire to work in a supervisory role.
• Skills or experience in areas such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, or heat pumps.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• EPA or CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents with great customer service and take ownership of the role at the property.
• Complete resident and property service requests and respond to resident requests on a timely basis.
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
