About The Position

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for its Rice Village location. The Personal Banker works with existing credit union members and solicits new members to use the credit union's products and services. The role provides member service, manages multiple appointments in a busy environment, and completes daily administrative tasks. The Personal Banker is accountable for meeting monthly goals and identifying ongoing cross-sell opportunities. Incentives are available based on achievements. Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• High school graduate, GED equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of financial or related experience in which achieving sales goals or quotas was routinely required.
• Saturday availability.
