About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. They provide friendly, personal service, share loyalty program benefits, and work collaboratively with teammates to improve customer and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
