About The Position
DXL Group, a specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building long-term guest relationships and providing a distinctive retail experience. The position is in a free-standing store; the company states its stores close at 7 p.m. and that the entire team is eligible for quarterly bonuses. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems or complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College or university degree is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time learning about their needs, preferences, and lifestyle by asking questions.
- Develop and use product knowledge to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
