About The Position
DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is passionate about customer service and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with guests and providing an experience that stands out from other retailers. DXL operates free-standing stores rather than mall locations, and stores close at 7 p.m. The company emphasizes developing employees for promotion from within and offers quarterly bonuses to the entire team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques.
- Experience resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

- A college or university degree is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
