About The Position

The role focuses on building long-term relationships with guests by providing an unmatched retail experience. The associate serves as an apparel product expert and helps develop a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college or university degree is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience with problem and complaint resolution.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
