About The Position
DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder committed to building long-term relationships with guests by providing an unmatched retail experience. The role focuses on delivering customer service and coaching team members to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment. DXL emphasizes developing employees for promotion from within. Stores are free-standing rather than located in malls and close at 7 p.m. The entire team is eligible for quarterly bonuses. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college or university degree is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Act as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
- Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
