As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. You build a warm environment through friendly, approachable service and support the team in achieving sales goals. At the start of the day, you prepare the sales floor, review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and stay informed and ready to assist customers. Throughout the day, you welcome customers, create personal conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves as needed. You share the benefits of the Loyalty program, help customers with their needs, and provide a sincere, personal close to each interaction. Colleagues support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration, and continually work to improve and deliver individual and store results. The position requires talking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, reaching, and use of computers and other technology. Colleagues must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 pounds, and stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment are required. Scheduling depends on business needs and colleague availability; the posting describes seasonal employment and notes that full-time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours weekly and part-time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours weekly.
