Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Wellington Green
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You maintain a clean, organized, visually engaging store by caring for merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. You offer friendly, personal service and support your team in achieving sales goals. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and work collaboratively with coworkers. They are expected to take pride in their work, keep learning, and contribute to individual and store results. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality. The position involves frequent standing, moving, lifting, reaching, and using computers and other technology.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Be able to talk, lift, move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
