About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you help create memorable visits, build trust and customer loyalty, and achieve sales goals. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers and build relationships through friendly conversations. During the day, they maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and selected merchandise returns to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honest, caring collaboration, take pride in their work, pursue sales goals, and learn from each other to improve individual and store results.
