About The Position

The Retail Recruitment Coordinator supports multiple store managers with their recruitment efforts. The role handles retail candidate documents and records in the organization’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducts initial phone screenings, coordinates interviews, and surveys newly hired employees about their satisfaction. It also provides recruitment administrative support to store managers and records survey data for tracking and analysis.

This position is based at the organization’s Great Falls, Montana location and requires in-person, on-site work. The wage is $20.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.

Responsibilities

• Upload and accurately file retail candidate documents and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial phone pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicating with candidates and store managers.
• Conduct phone satisfaction surveys with newly hired employees and gather their feedback.
• Enter survey data into spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
• Provide recruitment administrative support to store managers.
