About The Position

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized Retail Recruitment Coordinator to support multiple store managers with recruitment efforts and help streamline hiring processes. The role is based at the organization’s Great Falls, Montana location and requires working on-site. The wage is $20.50 per hour.

The coordinator supports retail hiring by uploading candidate documents and records to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial phone pre-screens, coordinating interviews, and contacting newly hired employees by phone to gather satisfaction feedback. The position also includes entering survey information into spreadsheets and providing recruitment administrative support to store managers.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately upload and file retail candidate documents and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial phone pre-screens to assess candidate qualifications, suitability, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicating with candidates and store managers.
• Conduct phone satisfaction surveys with newly hired employees and gather feedback.
• Enter survey data into spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
• Provide recruitment administrative support to store managers.
