Retail PM Supervisor Full Time
About The Position
Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, is seeking a full-time Retail PM Supervisor to maintain the retail dining services operation. The supervisor works to meet or exceed the expectations of the client and Retail Manager while responding to market trends and customer demands and producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. The role is a professional, cooperative member of the dining services team and assists with any aspect of the dining services program as needed. Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the supervisor oversees and coordinates retail foodservice activities, maintains comprehensive retail records and established food presentation standards, participates in Food Committee meetings, and supports positive relationships and satisfaction among customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community.
Requirements
- Retail foodservice experience.
- ServSafe Certification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all retail foodservice activities under the direction of the Retail Manager.
- Maintain an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping.
- Maintain established food presentation standards.
- Participate in Food Committee meetings.
- Maintain good public relations with customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community, and achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
- Assist with any aspect of the dining services program as necessary.
