Full-Time Retail Supervisor
About The Position
The Retail Supervisor is a trusted keyholder and shift lead who guides the sales floor, supports daily store operations, and helps teammates perform at their best. Working closely with the Store Manager and store team, the supervisor supports store performance, culture, and community while bringing Fjällräven’s mission of helping people feel at home in nature to life. Through thoughtful leadership and genuine guest connections, the role helps ensure each interaction reflects the company’s values. Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or customer service.
- Leadership skills rooted in trust, example, and collaboration.
- A strong track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
- Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
- Comfort using retail systems such as POS and inventory tools, or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor and coach and motivate teammates to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply Fjällräven’s GUIDE service standards by welcoming, educating, and inspiring guests.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture grounded in respect, learning, and shared purpose.
- Open and close the store as a keyholder, supporting cash handling, store readiness, and daily transitions.
- Support operational excellence, including inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards.
- Help ensure a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
- Model sustainability and share programs such as the Arctic Fox Initiative with guests and teammates.
- Support community engagement through store events and local partnerships that reflect Fjällräven’s values.
- Represent the brand with authenticity, curiosity, and care, both in and beyond the store.
