About The Position

Retail Operations Associates help create an exceptional shopping experience through helpful customer service, strong brand and execution standards, and efficient operational processes. The role supports merchandise receiving and processing, backroom organization, store presentation, freight and inventory-related tasks, and adherence to service, safety, loss-prevention, and operating standards. Associates contribute to an inclusive environment and support the team across the store.

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and repetitively lift items weighing 15 to 35 pounds, up to 25 times per hour.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to four hours.
Ability to work at heights greater than four feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods, up to two hours continuously.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet teammates and customers, and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
Process merchandise and products received at the store according to established programs and procedures.
Keep the backroom organized and merchandise accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, returns to vendor (RTVs), claims, and other freight-processing tasks.
Complete processes according to company service-level standards to fulfill the customer experience.
Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
Support the team across the store using an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
