Retail Merchandising Support Associate, North Point - Full Time
About The Position
As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. Your attention to detail and operational excellence contribute directly to the customer experience, while your visible, welcoming presence and helpful service support customers on the sales floor. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and foster a culture of hospitality and positivity. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts to match company directives, welcoming and assisting customers, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, thank them, and work with the team to reorganize, restock, and prepare the department for the next day. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, pride in work, sales goals, and contributing to individual and store results. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
