About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date. You are a visible, welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and foster a welcoming, positive culture. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts in line with company directives, assisting customers, recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, reaching, and using technology and register equipment.

Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
