About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire customer loyalty. The role is focused on selling and customer experience, not just cashiering. You help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions. Throughout the day, you engage customers, recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
