About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and keep pricing and promotional signage accurate and current. You also serve as a welcoming presence, greeting customers and offering assistance. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and contribute to a hospitable, positive environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and floor layouts according to company directives, assisting customers, recovering sales floors and fitting rooms, replenishing merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping, thank them, and work with the team to prepare the department for the next day. The position is part-time. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
