About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, improve the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You provide a welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. You collaborate across departments to support sales and foster a positive, hospitable environment. The role includes supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts according to company directives. You assist customers with friendly, personal service and product guidance; recover the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; replenish merchandise; and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and help prepare the department for the next business day. You use point-of-sale technology and digital tools, work toward daily sales goals, and support team and store results. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities
