About The Position

The Retail Merchandise Processor works as a member of the store team to support an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. The role processes donated merchandise for sale at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and affiliated store locations, including pricing, ticketing, and stocking. It requires consistent in-person attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Requirements

• Speak and read English proficiently.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Be able to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate fine objects.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, while meeting assigned department quotas and sell-through standards.
• Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report theft, pre-selection, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession.
• Maintain the sales floor and workstation according to floorwork and picture process map (PPM) standards.
• Stock merchandise in assigned areas.
• Use appropriate judgment and observation to inform a leader about potentially hazardous or dangerous materials found during processing.
• Follow safety rules, use appropriate safety equipment, and promptly act on or report unsafe conditions and potential hazards.
