About The Position

The Retail Marketing Manager is a role within the INEOS Automotive Global marketing team. The position collaborates with INEOS retailers, the Global marketing team, and the Americas leadership team to develop programs that increase brand awareness and consideration and drive sales conversion at the retail level. The role manages co-op programs and coordinates local test-drive and display events with retailers across the US, Canada, and Mexico. It is office-based in Montvale, New Jersey, with occasional travel across the Americas.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree.
• At least 5 years of retail marketing experience.
• Solid background in marketing communications and media within a B2B2C environment.
• A proven, demonstrable track record of delivering qualified leads and driving sales performance.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with external agencies to manage and deliver multifaceted projects.
• Highly collaborative work style and ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to work from the office in Montvale, New Jersey, and travel occasionally across the Americas.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is highly desirable.
• Broader cross-sector retail marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to create retail and tactical marketing programs using digital assets, experiential events, and local retailer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and consideration.
• Plan and execute targeted local performance campaigns.
• Maintain and ensure brand compliance across retailer websites.
• Manage and evolve the retailer co-op program, ensuring program compliance and optimal use of funds.
• Work with the global brand agency and key stakeholders to develop and execute a content creator strategy localized for the Americas marketplace.
• Collaborate with the Global and Americas Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment to support the success of the Americas market.
• Coordinate local test-drive and display events with INEOS retailers across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
