About The Position

The Retail Marketing Manager Europe owns the marketing layer of COROS’s distributor and retail partner relationships across Europe. The role develops and delivers digital and physical campaigns and activations, point-of-sale displays, shop-window concepts, in-store presence, and retail marketing materials across five direct markets and distributor-led territories. It turns market needs from Country Managers and Sales Managers into briefs, materials, campaigns, and ready-to-use execution toolkits, working with European leadership, headquarters teams, and US counterparts. The approach is to build centrally and enable local rollout by country teams. The position manages POS design and supplier sourcing, production schedules, and distribution of retail materials; adapts global assets or develops European solutions; and coordinates the retail and partner execution of product launches. It also designs shop-staff engagement programs, develops community-facing activations where they support retail objectives, facilitates recurring European retail reviews, and tracks performance to guide future effort and spending. The role can make independent spending decisions within approved projects and is intended to grow as COROS Europe’s retail business develops. The role reports to the Head of Europe and covers five direct European markets plus distributor-led territories. It is remote from anywhere in the EU or UK, ideally near a major airport, with hybrid work possible near an office and occasional team gatherings. Regular travel across Europe is expected. A local employment contract will be provided.
