About The Position

As a Cracker Barrel Retail Manager, you will lead people and create a welcoming environment where guests can find products and enjoy a memorable shopping experience. You will oversee retail operations, including merchandising, inventory, sales, and team development. You will set an example for your team and encourage them to deliver country hospitality. The role requires a 45-hour workweek consisting of five 9-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week consisting of five 9-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Warm, confident leadership style.
• Ability to balance hands-on attention with big-picture vision.
