About The Position

The Cracker Barrel Retail Manager leads retail operations and focuses on creating a welcoming environment where guests enjoy both the products and a memorable shopping experience. The manager oversees merchandising, inventory, sales, and team development, and sets an example of country hospitality while balancing hands-on support with a broader operational perspective.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week consisting of five 9-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations, including merchandising and inventory.
• Drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience for guests.
• Develop, support, and inspire the retail team.
• Keep the store running smoothly and provide hands-on leadership.
