About The Position
REAL Food re-fined. Retail Lead - Hospital | Location: Fresno, CA 93721 Compensation: $25.25-$26.25 per hour | Full-Time Schedule: Mid-shifts: 10AM - 6:30PM or 12PM - 8:30PM Job Summary We are seeking a Retail Lead to support the daily operations of our retail dining location while helping deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll work alongside team members to ensure efficient service, maintain quality standards, support team training, and help create a welcoming environment for guests. The Retail Lead serves as a key resource during daily operations and helps ensure smooth execution of retail services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and support frontline teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and dependable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
- Experience with POS systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail operations, including service, merchandising, and guest interactions.
- Lead by example while assisting with staffing, workflow coordination, and service execution.
- Train and coach team members on company standards, customer service, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, stocking, and presentation.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Support cash handling procedures, POS operations, and retail reporting as needed.
- Assist supervisors and managers with opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities.
- Help resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
