About The Position

Framebridge is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for its Venice store. The role helps deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores. The Keyholder supports onboarding and training retail team members, executes and improves store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals, and uses product knowledge and design advice to assist customers and coach colleagues. The role also involves answering questions, troubleshooting issues, suggesting improvements to the retail experience, and helping uphold Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Requirements

Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Interest in design and enthusiasm for working in a creative environment.
Ability to learn new tools, technology, products, and processes quickly.
Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

A degree in art, design, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and training retail team members.

Build relationships with customers and coach retail team members using strong listening, oral, and communication skills.
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide design advice to customers; train retail team members to do the same.
